Kettle Valley, TEXTBOOK, Naramata , B.C -$ 54
A portion of this wine was barrel fermented in older French oak and allowed to go through malolactic fermentation. The balance was tank fermented and remained unoaked in order to preserve the crisp, fresh fruit flavours.
